INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 serving vanilla protein powder

- 1 tbsp flax seed

- 1 tbsp almond butter

- 1 tsp oats

- 1/2 apple, peeled

- 1 mini Persian cucumber

- handful of baby spinach

- dash of cinnamon

- 5 ice cubes
