INGREDIENTS:
- 8oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- big handful of baby spinach
- 1 banana (or less if you're looking for less sugar)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- ice cubes (optional)
