MORE ABOUT NOELLE
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Psychology from Rutgers University in 2010. I have worked in health care for over a decade, but it wasn't until 2015 that I started to explore my natural passion for integrative health. In 2016, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world's largest nutrition school, where I learned over 100 dietary theories from some of the world's experts in integrative health and wellness. It was through this school and completing Gabrielle Bernstein's Masterclass that I was able to truly understand the powerful connection between the mind, body and spirit.
Just when I thought I had it all figured out, I entered motherhood. I welcomed my first son in 2017 after a high risk pregnancy on modified bed rest. That first year of motherhood was the most beautiful, yet most difficult time of my life...but it is the experience I am most grateful for. I struggled with postpartum anxiety that went undiagnosed for almost a year. It was through my three core pillars that I was able to heal and start to thrive in motherhood. This was the turning point in my life where I knew I wanted to start helping others find balance in their own lives. My programs are customized to the unique needs and goals of each client with a very nurturing and compassionate approach.
